How the training is delivered

Two things separate these modules from the compliance training most crews are used to sitting through.

Heavy on imagery and animation

The modules lean on illustration and animation rather than walls of text. Combustion, waste heat recovery, and the water-steam cycle are all processes nobody can see from outside the plant, and watching them animated does more in two minutes than a page of description manages in ten.

It also makes the material far less of a slog, which counts for something when an operator has ten modules to work through.

Fully online, any device, any hour

There is no classroom to book and no travel to arrange. Staff log in from a phone, tablet, or plant terminal whenever their shift allows and pick up where they left off.

That makes it workable for rotating shift teams and for operators on permanent nights – usually the hardest people in the building to get into a training room.
